Jesse completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science at Griffith University followed by a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2014 and has since worked across the Gold Coast and Brisbane in private practice and aged care. She has a passion for helping people through exercise prescription and helping those achieve the best physical version of themselves through evidence based tailored exercise programs and lifestyle modifications. She has particular interest in chronic health with conditions relating to and including cardiovascular and respiratory disease, metabolic disorders and musculoskeletal conditions.
Janita has been working in private practice since completing her Masters Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2007. She has completed her Honours, doing further research into nutrition for cardiovascular health. Prior to joining the team at Marie-Claire O’Shea Dietitians, Janita gained valuable hospital and community health experience in a rural setting in south west Queensland. She has also provided clinical support and teaching for the School of Health and Nutrition and Dietetics program at Griffith University. Janita enjoys all areas of nutrition, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, over/underweight and aged care. She has completed the National Paediatric Dietetic Training Course (DAA Centre for Advanced Learning), and as a Mum herself, is passionate about building positive relationships with food and eating during childhood. She has also completed further education and training in the Low FODMAP Diet for the treatment of IBS. She is passionate about ensuring quality, evidenced based medical nutrition therapy for her patients. Janita believes in tailored and practical nutrition advice. She is particularly interested in the behavioral aspects of eating, including why we choose the foods we do, and how to adjust our everyday behaviors so that we can make sustainable, positive dietary changes to improve our long term health.

My name is Boyd Fleming and I’m a Physiotherapist for Allied Health Services Australia. My interest in Physiotherapy originally stemmed during my time at high school from my passion for movement sciences and strong sporting background. I completed my Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Physiotherapy degrees at Griffith University here on the Gold Coast and during this time as a student Physiotherapist I worked as a Sports Trainer for the Gold Coast City Football Club Women’s NPL team. I have particular interests in the areas of Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic and Cardiorespiratory.
